Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for items (see below for details).


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@busylifeheathywife.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, bath items, salves, etc). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  1. To request an exchange, due to wrong size, incorrect product, or preferred styling, you will need to email refunds@busylifehealthywife.com with the name of the product, your order number, your name, and the reason for the exchange, and what you want to exchange your item for.
  2. Once you have gotten a response from Busy Life Healthy Wife, you will need to mail the product back to Busy Life Healthy Wife at PO BOX 3926, Pensacola, FL 32516. For your records, please take photos of the item before you ship them.
  3. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you via email, inspect your returned item, and let you know if the item was approved or not.
  4. Products will not be accepted for exchange if they are non-returnable items (see above) or if the product is damaged or destroyed.
  5. We will then submit the order for the new product.
  6. Please note: If the product you are exchanging for cost more, we will need to invoice you for the difference.
  7. If the product is less than the original product, you will receive a credit. Depending on your payment method, your refund (if applicable) should be to you within 3-7 business days after you receive an email, confirming the refund has been submitted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

  1. To get a refund, you will need to email refunds@busylifehealthywife.com with the name of the product, your order number, your name, and the reason for the return.
